I also specialize in perinatal mental health, working with women experiencing perinatal mood and anxiety disorders (PMADs), including postpartum depression, anxiety, and OCD. I am certified in Perinatal Mental Health (PMH-C) and use specialized training to support individuals navigating the emotional challenges of pregnancy and postpartum.

I help clients develop coping skills, challenge unhelpful thought patterns, improve relationships, and build resilience.
